Once you place your order, within 24 hours you will receive your invoice and a questionnaire which helps us understand your design requirements.
Within 72 hours of receiving your questionnaire, we will send your initial concepts to you via email for your evaluation.
You then tell us what you like and what you don’t like and we revise your logo based on your feedback. You will then receive the revisions within 48 hours. This process continues until you are completely happy. Most of the time 2-3 sets of revisions are all it takes to create your perfect logo.
